As far as other cruise planning goes, you will need to consider what you might need for a prolonged spell away from the basics. There are no supermarkets on an ocean liner (though there are shops for most things you might need, it’s usually the one thing you forgot that you can’t get hold of!).

Apart from the weather, clothing needs additional consideration, especially when it comes to dining. Depending on the cruise, you might need a stack of different exotic frocks to show off. If you are a man it can often be the one tux, so don’t feel left out. Your partner will just have spent a bit more, that’s all!
